Lynch (9th Cir. March 21, 2016) before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In that case, the Court held a California conviction for ID theft is not a categorical crime involving moral turpitude. Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the following courts:
