Owais Qazi has been practicing immigration law for over a decade. His focus is on employment and investment immigration to the United States.

Aside from business immigration, Owais also possesses a deep understanding of family based immigration issues such as consular processing of immigrant visas, adjustment of status, waivers, removal of conditions and battered and abused spouse cases under Violence Against Women’s Act.
Owais is also experienced with appellate work in the federal court system having represented cases before the District Courts and appearing before the United States Court of Appeals before the 9th Circuit. Owais is admitted to the Central District of California, and the District of Colorado. Owais obtained his law degree from Whittier Law School in 2004 and prior to that he obtained a bachelors of science degree in business administration from University of California Riverside. Owais is fluent in Urdu, spoken Hindi and basic Spanish.
