Immigration in the Media 2010

Immigration in the Media 2010Immigration in the Media 2010 covers a number of important bills about immigration which were introduced in Congress that year. Some passed like the private bill signed by President Obama to grant lawful permanent residence in the United States to a widow of a U.S. Marine. Others, like the DREAM Act, failed to be enacted into law.

Also covered are state immigration laws and policies as well as articles which consider whether the Obama Administration might bypass Congress in order to make changes in the immigration system.

Included is an article which appeared in the January 2010 issue of Recruiting Trends entitled “How to Select an Immigration Attorney” by Carl Shusterman.

Carl Shusterman is Simply the Best

“I am a Los Angeles-based news reporter, who hired Carl and his team of attorneys to help me acquire permanent residency in the United States. I was dreading the arduous and bureaucratic process, but Carl and his staff were so professional and efficient, they helped the procedure go very smoothly.”
