UU. debe presentar el Formulario I-140 de USCIS, Petici\u00f3n para Trabajador Extranjero. Como parte del proceso de solicitud, el empleador debe ser capaz de demostrar una capacidad continua para pagar el salario ofrecido a partir de la fecha de prioridad. El empleador puede utilizar un informe anual, declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos federales, o estado financiero auditado para demostrar una capacidad continua para pagar el salario del beneficiario.<br \/>\nSi la fecha de prioridad EB-1 est\u00e1 actual, el ejecutivo\/gerente puede presentar un paquete de I-485 para el ajuste de estatus a residente permanente junto con el I-140.
