Solo aquellos con registros seleccionados son elegibles para presentar peticiones sujetas al l\u00edmite H1B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleadores comenzaron a presentar sus peticiones H1B a principios de abril. Las personas en cuyo nombre se aprueban las peticiones H-1B pueden comenzar a trabajar el 1 de octubre. Sin embargo, existen reglas especiales (conocidas como el \u00abintervalo l\u00edmite\u00bb) para los graduados de universidades en los EE.
