La tarjeta ser\u00e1 un documento \u00abLista A\u00bb para este prop\u00f3sito, lo que significa que establece tanto la identidad como la elegibilidad para el empleo. La visibilidad de esas dos caracter\u00edsticas var\u00eda, y no debe preocuparse ni rechazar una tarjeta que le presente un empleado si no las ve.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00daMERO Y C\u00d3DIGO DE BARRAS<\/h3>\n<p>En la parte posterior de la tarjeta, el n\u00famero y el c\u00f3digo de barras en la parte superior est\u00e1n grabados en la superficie y se sentir\u00e1n rugosos al tacto.<\/p>\n<h3>MICROIMPRESI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p>La impresi\u00f3n azul claro alrededor del sello del INS y la impresi\u00f3n oscura alrededor de las palabras \u00abTarjeta de Autorizaci\u00f3n de Empleo\u00bb son microimpresiones.
