La carta debe contener una descripci\u00f3n del trabajo as\u00ed como el salario. Si el solicitante hace una solicitud para portar en o despu\u00e9s del 17 de enero de 2017, el solicitante debe presentar una Confirmaci\u00f3n de Oferta de Trabajo Leg\u00edtima o Solicitud de Portabilidad de Trabajo bajo la Secci\u00f3n 204(j) de INA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/i-485supj\" substitution=\"canonical\" type=\"node\" uuid=\"c9966f6c-752d-488e-b0e7-c656bce3c47b\" class=\"broken_link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Formulario I-485 Suplemento J<\/a>). Si el solicitante solicit\u00f3 portar antes del 17 de enero de 2017, el solicitante podr\u00eda haber solicitado portar a trav\u00e9s de una carta, ya que el Formulario I-485 Suplemento J no entr\u00f3 en vigencia hasta el 17 de enero de 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La nueva oferta de trabajo puede ser con el mismo peticionario o con un empleador completamente nuevo, incluyendo el autoempleo. Los solicitantes pueden presentar la solicitud de portabilidad de 180 d\u00edas y la evidencia con la solicitud de ajuste o en cualquier entrevista en persona o en respuesta a una solicitud u otro aviso de USCIS.<\/p>\n<h3>Retirada de la Petici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>En general, si USCIS recibe una solicitud de un peticionario para retirar una petici\u00f3n pendiente del Formulario I-140, USCIS emite un reconocimiento de la solicitud de retiro y niega cualquier solicitud de ajuste correspondiente.
